We are hiring for a Customer Care Support Team Leader to be part of our growing comprehensive Post-Acute Care Respiratory Services client focused on managing high-risk respiratory patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main POC of the onshore team in cascading process updates and information
  • Provide updates, assistance, day to day guidance and attendance monitoring
  • Responsible in handling Management on shore calls and emails, mentoring of new/current staff as needed
  • Process coaching on specific quality concerns and areas for improvement to address performance issues
  • Manage issuance of scorecards, discuss areas of opportunities and develop action plans
  • Handle staff attendance reports, notifications and provide decision based on client specific guidelines
  • Responsible for daily updating of trends and maintain a professional safe and clean work environment
  • Manage any staff shared services related concerns of employees
  • Ensure service level are delivered and conducts continuous improvement toward processes to achieve agreed KPI
  • Attend departmental meetings, company meetings and in-services
  • Perform other duties that may be requested by the Supervisor or Management

  • REQUIRED: Bachelor's/College degree, any field
  • Must have 3-4 years solid work experience as a Team Lead
  • Experience in handling Healthcare/Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, multi-task and prioritize business results
  • Able to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Willing to work in MOA Complex on a fixed night shift schedule
