The L&D - Lead will facilitate and ensure compliance of Risk Adjustment and HEDIS training programs; determine training effectiveness and recommend enhancements while keeping abreast of clinical coding guidelines and auditing protocols. Collaborating with the US L&D Team, monitors the Sites training and coaching needs on a project by project basis Develop and/or customize training curriculums and training-related processes; insures successful implementation of training processes and programs Coach a team of Learning and Development Specialists in executing day to day operations Prepare regular, accurate and meaningful reports related to training Analyze learning and performance trends and develops an action plan to address learning gaps and improve delivery of training
• Excellent training facilitation skills preferred • Demonstrated understanding of CMS HCC Risk Adjustment coding and data validation requirements preferred • HEDIS abstraction knowledge/skills preferred
