The Sr. Finance Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the various levels of staff within the Services Organization and working with both the Finance and Accounting departments. This individual will be responsible for financial metrics reporting, analysis and communications, auditing and maintenance of general project data, as well as, financial modeling to identify/realize operational efficiencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Day to day project maintenance and monitoring
  • Weekly and monthly creation and publishing of financial reports, analysis and reporting metrics
  • Assist in identifying opportunities and implementing reporting efficiencies
  • Work closely with Accounting and Finance on revenue recognition and expense deferrals
  • Assist and facilitate data clean-up to ensure complete and accurate financial reporting

Education/Training:

  • Finance or Accounting degree
  1. Finance Degree Preferred
  2. Finance Degree preferred due to strong concentration in analytical responsibilities

Business Experience:

  • 3 years  minimum related professional experience
