As the Finance Team Lead, you will lead a team of financial analyst who will work across the Software and Analytics organization to provide financial reporting, metrics, and support to the Software and Analytics executive leadership and finance leads to allow the effective, data-driven management of the organization. You will also be responsible for coordinating the production of our financial forecast, budget, LRP and other ad-hoc reports.

The Finance team lead will work closely with his or her team to build partnerships with the S&A finance team and provide information, insight, and recommendations. This position reports to the S&A Reporting Finance Director and has 2 direct reports. The team lead will also have front-line responsibility for the Manila finance team.


  • Planning Manage the preparation and presentation forecast, LRP and the annual budget for the Software & Analytics business unit
  • Analysis - Manage the monthly standard and ad-hoc financial analysis of performance (against history, budget and forecast)
  • Management Reporting Develop financial reports to support the business activities
  • Corporate Liaison Coordinate activities with Corporate FP&A
  • Special Projects Lead special projects in support the Software & Analytics Leadership team
  • Organization Manage and develop the staff to support the assigned tasks 

  • This position is responsible for managing the following financial activities for the Software and Analytics Business Unit:
    • Financial analysis and decision support
      • This position is expected to manage modeling and analysis of key financial data. This primarily includes analyzing BU revenue and expenses against historical performance, budget and forecast.
      • Develop and maintain financial models that incorporate all relevant metrics for the organization
    • Forecasting and planning
      • This position is expected to coordinate and manage the financial planning activities related to Software and Analytics.
      • Participate in PAx COE Council meetings
      • Drive the development of metric driven reporting
      • Provide relevant business planning assumptions and metrics to the business unit
  • Management Reporting
    • This position is expected to utilize the financial reporting systems to ensure P&L is accurately reported each month for Software and Analytics.
    • This position will be responsible for generating key financial reports for the Software and Analytics business unit and the corporate consolidations group. The reporting requirements will not be static and will involve the constant evolution of the reports to meet the changing needs of the business unit.
  • Perform special projects as assigned
    • This position is expected to possess the skills and initiative to carry out special financial or planning projects of varying nature and complexity with limited supervision by clarifying objectives and assumptions or making appropriate judgments where necessary.
  • Managing and developing personnel
    • This position is expected to hire and manage the performance of his/her personnel to meet the needs of the business and create an environment where the best people are rewarded

Minimum Qualifications:


  • University degree in a relevant discipline (Finance, Business, Accounting).
  • MBA and Accounting Designation (CPA, CA, CGA or CMA) preferred.


  • Minimum 3 years in a financial management role with a demonstrated ability to work cross- functionally to achieve results.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with FP&A experience in a technology company considered an asset.
  • Thorough knowledge of finance policies, practices, and systems
  • System Skills: Excel (advanced), TM1 or Hyperion, SAP or Oracle, Sharepoint,
  • BI Tools
