The Financial Analyst 3 for Corporate Shared Services will drive the initial planning of a new central Facilities P&L covering the +100 locations and support ongoing financial planning and analysis activities to allow effective central management of Facility cost. This individual will lead efforts to coordinate with internal accounting teams, the facility administrator (CBRE), and internal facilities teams and will be responsible for planning, review of actual activity, ongoing forecasting and reporting. The Analyst will also be responsible for the designs and implementation of new review and reporting processes for all CHC facilities. Following the initial planning and implementation of new processes, the Analyst will expand further into other Corporate Shared Services areas (HR, Benefits, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Executive Department).
