The Financial Analyst 3 for Corporate Shared Services will drive the initial planning of a new central Facilities P&L covering the +100 locations and support ongoing financial planning and analysis activities to allow effective central management of Facility cost. This individual will lead efforts to coordinate with internal accounting teams, the facility administrator (CBRE), and internal facilities teams and will be responsible for planning, review of actual activity, ongoing forecasting and reporting. The Analyst will also be responsible for the designs and implementation of new review and reporting processes for all CHC facilities. Following the initial planning and implementation of new processes, the Analyst will expand further into other Corporate Shared Services areas (HR, Benefits, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Executive Department).

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with CBRE and BU FP&A teams to develop FY22 plan for centralized facility departments
• Complete variance analyses for month to date and year to date financial results against plan
• Communicate variances to stakeholders (Internal Facilities teams, CBRE and BU FP&A teams)
• Continue to enhance effectiveness by building simple and effective analytical tools which enable better trend analysis and forecasting capabilities
• Develop and monitor shared service allocations (allocating centralized costs to the individual business units)
• Support the development of automated reporting, dashboards, and visualization tools to improve speed and accuracy of insights
• Various other standard and ad hoc projects and initiatives, as required

Minimum Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree required with preference toward a degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related quantitative discipline. CPA/MBA preferred.
• 4-5 years of professional experience in a corporate finance or related function with a demonstrated record of success
• Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills and experience with financial consolidation, reporting, and forecasting tools

Critical Skills

• Financial modeling expertise a must
• Financial systems experience required, TM1 and Oracle experience is preferred
• Ability to summarize and present transaction volume/trends to management
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated quantitative analytical and finance and/or accounting skills required
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
