What will you do?

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Account Management through online messaging channels (no phone / voice support required)
  • Helping new customers sign up and get started
  • Checking in with each client account under management and getting them to use our service as much as possible.
  • Answering general queries from clients
  • Chasing outstanding client invoices
  • Provide feedback to our product and software engineering team and suggest improvements.

What are the qualifications?

Fluent / high level English is a must. Especially written.

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good organisation. Your role will include a wide variety of tasks, so organisation is essential.
  • Strong work ethic. This role includes the option to take on more responsibility and progress professionally.
  • Tech savvy
