What will you do?
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:
- Account Management through online messaging channels (no phone / voice support required)
- Helping new customers sign up and get started
- Checking in with each client account under management and getting them to use our service as much as possible.
- Answering general queries from clients
- Chasing outstanding client invoices
- Provide feedback to our product and software engineering team and suggest improvements.
What are the qualifications?
Fluent / high level English is a must. Especially written.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good organisation. Your role will include a wide variety of tasks, so organisation is essential.
- Strong work ethic. This role includes the option to take on more responsibility and progress professionally.
- Tech savvy
